Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Senior Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Austin, TX.

Role Summary:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading delivery of CPQ, Billing, and Quote to Cash initiatives. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and end to end delivery across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage CPQ, Billing, and Q2C/O2C project timelines, scope, and deliverables
* Lead cross functional teams including Business, IT, Architecture, QA, and vendors
* Drive project governance, RAID logs, and executive status reporting
* Facilitate requirement workshops, design reviews, and decision-making sessions
* Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign off
* Coordinate change management, communication, and training readiness
* Manage project budgets, resource planning, and dependency tracking
* Support global rollout planning, cutover readiness, and post go live stabilization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of enterprise Project Management experience
* Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Strong background in CPQ, Billing & Invoicing, Pricing, Q2C, and O2C processes
* Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture
* Excellent communication skills with executives and technical teams
* Skilled in RAID management, project planning, and stakeholder coordination
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi team technology programs

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PMI ACP, CSM, or similar certification
* SAP CPQ or SAP S/4HANA experience
* Experience leading global transformation programs
* Background in eCommerce or Partner Sales ecosystems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
