We're seeking an

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll serve as a vital link between customers, sales, and operations by:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
Preparing, sending, and following up on customer quotes
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolving order, pricing, and shipment-related issues
Maintaining customer information within the ERP system
Assisting with product information and pricing updates
Completing invoicing and communicating shipping details to customers

Detail-oriented and highly organized
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service, order entry, or related experience
Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Strong computer and basic math skills
Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
