The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruitment for an industry-leading innovator in advanced cyber-takeover counter-drone technology. Based in McLean, Virginia, this pivotal leadership role drives the expansion of our premier partners footprint across Department of Defense markets, with a strategic focus on the United States Air Force, alongside key engagements with the Navy and Marine Corps. You will spearhead business growth for a pioneering organization dedicated to securing global airspaces against evolving aerial threats.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic revenue growth by cultivating high-value relationships with key decision-makers across defense branches and major system integrators.

  • Cultivate and manage a robust, validated opportunity pipeline from initial prospecting through final contract execution.

  • Direct complex sales campaigns, leveraging established networks, targeted outreach, and industry events to accelerate pipeline velocity.

  • Deliver compelling quarterly business reviews and performance forecasts to executive leadership.

  • Champion customer success by providing expert guidance on emerging defense capabilities and evolving technological initiatives.

  • Analyze competitive market intelligence and industry trends to refine engagement strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Sales, USAF, Navy, USMC

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience executing and closing high-stakes sales campaigns within relevant defense markets.

  • Established, active relationships and deep familiarity within the United States Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps counter-drone ecosystems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities tailored for high-level military and executive stakeholders.

  • Proven autonomy with the agility to prioritize dynamic objectives and travel frequently (approximately 50%).

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Annual Salary: $175,000 - $210,000
