Job Description
As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the Demand Center Team by analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, CRM systems, and sales operations. This role contributes to data collection, transformation, and performance measurement to strengthen marketing effectiveness and inform business decisions. It also helps ensure data integrity, actionable insights, and the reliability of core marketing reporting processes.
Responsibilities
Data Management:
Conducts complex data extracting, querying, and formatting that will be used for targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analyzes and maintains data feeds from marketing and data systems, including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, ecommerce platforms, websites, and mobile applications. Ensures data accuracy and consistency across reporting environments. Contributes to the ongoing improvement of data structures and processes.
Dashboard and Analytics Reporting
Builds and maintains automated dashboards and reports that support marketing and sales performance analysis. Interprets trends, evaluates KPI health, and identifies opportunities to optimize data visualization and reporting formats. Provides insights that guide stakeholders in data‑driven decision‑making.
Cross‑Functional Insights Collaboration:
Partners with teams across the organization to assess reporting needs and develop meaningful KPI views. Analyzes opportunities to enhance data accessibility, reporting clarity, and analytic capabilities. Supports stakeholders in extracting meaningful business learnings from complex datasets.
Advanced Data Analysis and Transformation
Performs analytical work involving complex querying, appendage, segmentation, and data transformation. Maintains data hygiene and influences improvements within CRM, marketing automation, and information systems. Identifies analytically driven insights that enhance marketing and business performance.
Reporting Standards and Documentation
Maintains consistent reporting cadences across marketing and sales channels. Evaluates existing processes and contributes to enhancements in data reporting workflows and procedures. Ensures documentation of reporting updates, processes, and standard operating procedures remains current. Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in marketing and sales technology, including performance metrics across CRM, digital media, marketing automation, ecommerce systems, website analytics, A/B testing, and social media. Demonstrated expertise using marketing and reporting platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable systems. Proficient in customer database management and analysis, including advanced querying, aggregation, appending, and segmentation.
Experienced with querying and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server. Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, business analytics, customer experience, data visualization, deductive reasoning, project management, teamwork and technology acumen
Strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Demonstrate initiative, learning agility, and collaboration, along with the ability to work independently while supporting complex marketing reporting and analytics needs.
