Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Manager with strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Payroll, Benefits, and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will manage product enhancements, partner with HR and IT teams, and drive continuous improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Technology experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (PeopleSoft experience is not applicable)
  • Strong expertise in Payroll, Benefits, and Onboarding modules
  • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, enhancements, and product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, UAT, backlog management, and release planning
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience with Oracle HCM reporting, security, workflows, and integrations is a plus
