Title: Twilio Product Owner Location: Remote (US / Canada / Mexico)

Skills needed:
Seasoned Product Owner with 5+ years of experience as Technical PO

Must have skills:
DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background
Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
