Senior Specialist - Business Partner (Vendor & Customer) SAP MDM

Job Description:

The Senior Specialist - Business Partner (Vendor & Customer) will serve as an individual contributor within the Data Assets & Digital Products team, supporting global Master Data Management and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role focuses on Business Partner governance, including vendor and customer harmonization, enrichment, cleansing, deactivation strategies, and continuous improvement of BP data models, workflows, and data quality across enterprise platforms.

You will design and manage data workflows and drive robust data quality and compliance with internal and external data regulations, policies, and procedures (GXP, SOX, PII), supporting the Kenvue Operations organization and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Business Partner data models, workflows, and templates
• Manage vendor and customer lifecycle: creation, enrichment, harmonization, and deactivation
• Drive vendor harmonization and consolidation across geographies
• Lead vendor/customer enrichment and data quality improvement initiatives
• Apply strong knowledge of BP governance workflows and validations
• Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion/validation, audit/compliance actions (NC/CAPA), and SLAs
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate data quality; identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Serve as key point of contact to functional partners on Master Data and processes
• Facilitate continuous improvement of data design, process, and templates
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking for departmental operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 to 8 years of overall professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in Master Data Management on large ERP platforms (e.g., MDG)
• Strong understanding of Vendor, Customer, and Material Master data domains
• Hands-on experience with vendor/customer harmonization, enrichment, cleansing, and deactivation
• Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (GXP, SOX, PII)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and Python
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Experience on global ERP implementations or transformations
• Exposure to Databricks, Power BI, or similar data platforms and visualization tools
• Familiarity with JIRA / DevOps tools and Confluence
