Opportunity Overview
We are seeking Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Technicians to support fiber network installation, maintenance, and expansion projects in Burlington, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cabling, construction, low-voltage systems, or other hands-on field work who are looking to build a career in telecommunications.
Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber optic infrastructure.
• Support fiber cable, conduit, and related network installations.
• Perform field inspections, route audits, and basic documentation.
• Assist with network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards while working in the field.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and technical support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabling, construction, low-voltage work, field services, or similar hands-on environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work outdoors.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety requirements.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
