Executive Administrative Business Partner (Contract) | London (Hybrid)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in the office)
Contract: 7 September 2026 – 14 June 2027
⏰ Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (UK time)
Rate: £34.62 per hour
✈️ Travel: 4–6 trips per year across EMEA
Languages: English required | French desirable

We're seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Administrative Business Partner to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, global technology environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex, international business, enjoys working at pace, and can confidently partner with senior executives to keep priorities moving while delivering exceptional operational support.

What you'll be doing
As a trusted partner to senior executives, you'll:
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring leaders are focused on the highest priorities.
- Coordinate international travel, including itineraries, visas, logistics and executive travel preferences.
- Prepare meetings by organising agendas, presentations, meeting materials and follow-up actions.
- Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders while supporting budget management.
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events, leadership meetings, off-sites, summits and site-wide initiatives.
- Support office culture, employee engagement and strategic site programmes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver seamless operational support.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively and keep senior stakeholders one step ahead.
What we're looking for
✔ 5–10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner
✔ Experience supporting Director-level executives or above
✔ Previous experience working within large, complex global organisations
✔ Exceptional calendar, travel and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong event planning and programme management experience
✔ Experience managing budgets, expenses and invoices
✔ Outstanding organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
⭐ French language skills
