Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish program structure, governance, reporting, and operating rhythms.
  • Track program ownership, risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution.
  • Coordinate threat intelligence, detection engineering, and incident response initiatives.
  • Track detection coverage, telemetry onboarding, vulnerabilities, and security gaps.
  • Coordinate incident response readiness, runbooks, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews.
  • Manage MDR/MSSP engagement, escalations, and service reviews.
  • Develop executive dashboards and metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, containment, and recovery.
  • Manage vulnerability remediation and Security Exception Management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional security initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical program management or information security experience.
  • 2+ years supporting security operations, detection engineering, threat intelligence, or incident response.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, detection, and IR processes.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps and Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience with MSSP/MDR providers preferred.
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
  • PMP/CISSP certifications highly preferred.
