Key Responsibilities:
- Establish program structure, governance, reporting, and operating rhythms.
- Track program ownership, risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution.
- Coordinate threat intelligence, detection engineering, and incident response initiatives.
- Track detection coverage, telemetry onboarding, vulnerabilities, and security gaps.
- Coordinate incident response readiness, runbooks, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews.
- Manage MDR/MSSP engagement, escalations, and service reviews.
- Develop executive dashboards and metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, containment, and recovery.
- Manage vulnerability remediation and Security Exception Management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional security initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical program management or information security experience.
- 2+ years supporting security operations, detection engineering, threat intelligence, or incident response.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, detection, and IR processes.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps and Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with MSSP/MDR providers preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
- PMP/CISSP certifications highly preferred.
