The Opportunity
As a Data Assistant Technician, you'll play an important role in ensuring information is accurate, organised, and accessible across the business. You'll work closely with various departments to maintain client records, process data, generate reports, and support business decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting patterns, and helping ensure that important information is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain client and business records.
- Review data for accuracy and identify any inconsistencies.
- Assist with the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and summaries.
- Support the management of financial and operational databases.
- Process information received from clients and internal teams.
- Help generate reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data is handled securely.
- Support document management and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with data cleansing and quality improvement activities.
- Work with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
