Program Manager - Enterprise Tech Deployments

Key Responsibilities:

• Own program governance, including steering committee reviews, weekly working sessions, and executive updates

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customer Program Managers, Commodity Owners, Data Owners, and executive sponsors

• Manage scope, change control, risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations

• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams through phased enterprise deployments

• Drive alignment between customer stakeholders and internal delivery, product, engineering, and implementation teams

• Maintain clear program status, decisions, milestones, and action plans

• Navigate ambiguity and keep complex deployments moving toward successful delivery

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 7+ years managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise technology programs

• Strong experience with enterprise software implementations or deployments

• Proven experience running steering committees and executive governance

• Strong scope/change control and escalation management experience

• Experience serving as the primary customer-facing Program Manager between a vendor and enterprise clients

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent certification

• Experience with AI, enterprise SaaS, manufacturing, industrial technology, supply chain, data, analytics, or IoT environments
