We are looking for an experienced MS Fabric Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services, along with production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ITSM experience.

Key Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in Azure technologies, software development, technical operations, or production support
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience
• Microsoft Fabric Workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2
• Real-Time Analytics, Eventstream, Eventhouse, KQL Database, Semantic Models, Direct Lake
• Spark Notebooks, Delta Lake, ETL/ELT and Data Modeling
• Power BI, Azure Synapse Data Warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB
• Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, API/APIM
• SQL/T-SQL and data integration
• Monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, RCA and performance tuning
• Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana or Splunk
• Production support, service reliability, data pipeline monitoring and capacity management
• ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Management
• ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management or similar ITSM platforms
• Strong experience handling production escalations and leading technical triage calls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Python, Spark or PySpark
• Azure Event Hub
• Azure Managed Grafana
• PowerShell or Azure Functions
• SRE concepts such as SLI, SLO and error budgets
