JDE senior financial business systems analyst

The Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing JD Edwards, to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to enhance business processes and drive efficiency, with a focus on accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JD Edwards, strong relationship-building and listening skills, an ability to work independently, a deep understanding of strategic business directives, and a high attention to detail to ensure quality of delivery.

• Education: Bachelor''''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• JD Edwards Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance Experience with other JD Edwards modules is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JD Edwards configuration, and integration with other systems. Experience with JD Edwards development tools is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment and communicate effectively with team members across the globe.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Leadership, and external vendors.
