Location: St Louis, MO

Experience: 10+ Years Overall IT Experience, including 5+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce Clouds, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The candidate should have a good understanding of Telecom domain business processes and experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

• Work on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Develop and configure Vlocity/OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.

• Understand Telecom domain processes such as customer lifecycle management, product catalog, CPQ, order management, order fulfillment, and service provisioning.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience with Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio.

• Understanding of Telecom domain, BSS/OSS, product catalog, CPQ, and order management.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce deployment processes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or OmniStudio certifications
