Overview

We’re building a pipeline for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supporting a digital product organization within a large healthcare environment. This person will partner closely with product and business stakeholders to define the right metrics, build trusted reporting, and turn messy/complex data into clear insights leaders can act on.

This is a hands-on analytics role (not a product manager role). The goal is accurate, usable reporting that helps teams measure performance, spot issues early, and make better decisions. Exact details to come on 10/19/26.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting for product and business stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into clear analysis approaches, SQL queries, and visuals that answer “what’s happening” and “why.”
• Partner with product owners and business leaders to define KPIs (metric definitions, logic, source of truth, refresh cadence) so reporting is consistent and trusted.
• Perform data validation and QA; troubleshoot discrepancies and complete root-cause analysis when numbers don’t tie out.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; summarize findings in plain English for non-technical audiences.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting as priorities shift.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• 9+ years in business intelligence / reporting / analytics (or similar).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large relational datasets.
• Strong dashboard/reporting experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, clarifying ambiguous asks, and delivering reporting that stakeholders actually use.
• Strong communication skills (can present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences).

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare payer / health insurance domain exposure (claims, enrollment, membership, provider, utilization, operational data).
• Experience supporting product teams (digital product, operational excellence, transformation initiatives).
• Familiarity with cloud and modern data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, enterprise data warehouses).
• Exposure to Agile ways of working.
