Ensure all drafted fields remain fully editable by users; AI acts as a drafting assistant, not an automatic final submission.

Provide automated analysis for:

Word Count
Themes
Sentiment
Word Frequency
Performance measurement against stated goals, NASA Performance Goals, and Focus Areas
Generate an AI Summary Tab in the Closeout Performance Report view, presenting non-editable AI-generated results for quick access.

UI/UX Enhancements:

Update platform UI/UX to support viewing and interaction with new AI outputs, including:
New "AI Summary" tab in Closeout Performance Report
Clear positioning and accessibility of AI-generated summaries and analyses
Non-editable AI summary sections responding to predefined and user prompts (e.g., word frequency, recommended actions, performance evaluation, thematic coherence, sentiment analysis).
