Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX design, UI development, React, Angular, Node.js, Figma, persona creation, and the end-to-end UX lifecycle.

\n

The candidate will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate user needs and business requirements into scalable, visually appealing, and highly usable applications.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle, from user research and requirements gathering through design, development, usability testing, and implementation.
\n
• Create and maintain user personas, user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models.
\n
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma and related design tools.
\n
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to define user-centric solutions.
\n
• Develop responsive and reusable front-end components using React and/or Angular.
\n
• Work with Node.js for backend integration, APIs, and supporting application functionality.
\n
• Ensure consistency across design systems, UI components, typography, layouts, and visual patterns.
\n
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
\n
• Translate Figma designs and UX specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
\n
• Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, performance, and responsive design standards.
\n
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
\n
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, usability reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
\n
• Identify UX issues and recommend improvements based on user behavior, analytics, and feedback.

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design and Front-End Engineering.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and REST/API integration.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
\n
• Strong understanding of the UX lifecycle and design thinking methodologies.
\n
• Experience with Persona Creation, user journeys, empathy maps, and user stories.
\n
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
\n
• Experience creating responsive and modern web interfaces.
\n
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
\n
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
\n
• Understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
