Job Description

A growing Managed Services Provider based in Douglasville, PA is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to join its delivery team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes genuine pride in delivering a great client experience.

The organization is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees are treated equitably and with respect.

Experience maintaining project documentation, timelines, or status reports

Comfortable facilitating meetings, calls, and check-ins with clients and internal teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through

Ability to identify issues early, escalate appropriately, and keep projects on track

A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and project tracking platforms

Desired Skills & Experience

Prior experience working at or with a Managed Services Provider or technology company

Exposure to IT project types such as network deployments, cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 rollouts, or hardware refreshes

Understanding of basic IT concepts including networking, endpoints, servers, and cloud environments

CAPM, CompTIA Project+, or working toward a PMP certification is a plus

Experience creating client-facing project plans, status updates, and post-project summaries

What You Will Be Doing

Managing day-to-day execution of client IT projects, including scheduling, task tracking, resource coordination, and milestone management

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular status updates and proactively addressing concerns

Coordinating internal resources including engineers, technicians, and third-party vendors to ensure timely project delivery

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation including scopes of work, project plans, risk logs, and meeting notes

Facilitating project kickoff calls, status meetings, and closeout reviews with clients and internal stakeholders

Identifying and escalating project risks, blockers, and scope changes in a timely manner
