ServiceNow Test Lead - Secret Clearance Required

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER DUE TO FEDERAL PROJECT

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for a federal client.

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and traceability aligned with federal quality and compliance standards.

• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and defect management activities across QA and project teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and ServiceNow teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and delivery of quality releases.

• Provide testing status, metrics, risks, and governance updates to project and client leadership.
