Senior SOC Manager: Lead SecOps, AI & Automation

Talenza is seeking an experienced SOC Manager in Sydney to own security operations, define the roadmap for enablement and uplift, and lead a hands-on team. You will optimize SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and related technologies, while managing the MSSP relationship and reporting on performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SecOps/Incident Response, at least 3 years in leadership, and hands-on expertise in threat hunting and threat intelligence, with a track record of developing SOC processes
