Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to design, develop, and deploy enterprise automation solutions.

The candidate will work extensively on automating business processes within SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA, along with other enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and Microsoft Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Automate SAP business processes using SAP GUI automation and Power Automate.
• Develop end-to-end automations across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Master Data processes.
• Integrate Power Automate with SAP, APIs, databases, Excel, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical automation solutions.
• Implement reusable workflows, components, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of automations.
• Work with business stakeholders and the RPA/Automation CoE to follow enterprise standards, security, governance, and credential management practices.
• Leverage Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio where applicable.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RPA / Automation Development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience developing Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GUI Automation.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of SAP FI, MM, and SD processes.
• Experience with API integration, Excel automation, and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, exception handling, logging, and automation best practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Python / C# / PowerShell / SQL.
• Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with enterprise RPA governance and CoE environments.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
