Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and modern full-stack development practices. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.
• Architect and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define solution requirements.
• Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using modern web technologies.
• Integrate backend services with cloud-native platforms and enterprise systems.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and high availability.
• Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java Full Stack technologies.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Java 8/11/17
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Data JPA
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• Strong front-end development experience with:
• Angular/React
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Cloud platforms:
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with containerization technologies:
• Docker
• Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
