Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to professional, scientific, and technical roles
• Consult with client companies to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes for multiple openings
• Support and guide candidates through application, onboarding, and assignment steps
• Attend Adecco hiring event to engage job seekers and present current opportunities
• Use ATS/CRM and job boards to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with teammates to meet hiring goals and service-level expectations
• Uphold compliance, ethical standards, and data accuracy in all recruitment activities
