Job Title: Senior Adobe AEM Guides Developer

Location: Remote – Prefer candidates within 2 hours of New Bremen, OH; candidates from OH, MI/Detroit, KY, or IN preferred.

Job Description:

Crown Equipment is seeking a Senior Adobe AEM Guides Developer to support the implementation and optimization of its enterprise content management platform. The candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides and will help design, configure, customize, and enhance the solution to meet complex documentation and content management requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AEM Guides, structured content management, and enterprise application development. This role will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve content authoring, management, and publishing processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, customize, and enhance Adobe AEM Guides solutions.
• Support implementation and optimization of the enterprise content management platform.
• Develop scalable solutions for complex documentation and content management requirements.
• Improve content authoring, management, and publishing processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for AEM Guides.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Guides.
• Expertise in structured content management.
• Experience with enterprise application development.
• Strong knowledge of content authoring, management, and publishing.
• Experience designing and configuring AEM solutions.
