• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for LENS California.
• Build weekly/monthly healthcare reports.
• Integrate Atrezzo, Claims, Eligibility, Provider, PRISM, and WP2 data.
• Create dashboards for member outreach, appointments, provider connections, and availability.
• Develop DAX measures, data models, and visualizations.
• Perform data validation, refresh monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Maintain dashboard security, usability, and documentation.
• Refine reports based on DHCS/Gainwell requirements.
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions and data quality.
