The Work:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and technical strategy for enterprise Microsoft business applications. This role will partner with clients and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that leverage Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and architectural strategies that support both immediate business needs and long-term objectives.
  • Provide architectural oversight for integrations, data architecture, security, governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and performance.
  • Collaborate with client architects and stakeholders to drive technical alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Guide delivery teams through architecture reviews, solution design, and technical best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend modern, configuration-first solutions.
  • Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and gaps, and proactively drive resolution.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Extensive experience architecting enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services, integrations, and security.
  • Experience with ALM, DevOps, governance, and enterprise solution deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, define technical roadmaps, and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and evolving platform capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise or government environments.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$109,500—$224,200 USD
