The Strategic Operations Lead bridges the operational gap between an enterprise brand partner and its issuing bank partner. Driving cross-organizational alignment, governance, workflow optimization, and program execution across both brands, this role streamlines multi-entity approval processes and modernizes marketing operations. A primary focus of this 5-month engagement is future-state workflow design and Adobe Workfront optimization to eliminate friction and elevate campaign execution across both enterprise environments.

responsibilities:
Cross-Organizational Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the key operational connective tissue between the enterprise brand, the issuing bank partner, and partner teams to ensure strategic alignment across all co-brand card initiatives.
- Establish and facilitate joint operating cadence, governance structures, and decision-making protocols across both organizations.
- Build consensus among diverse executive and functional stakeholders, navigating complex approval matrices and organizational boundaries.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops to align cross-functional teams on operational priorities, campaign launches, and process standards.
- Map and evaluate current end-to-end ways of working between both partner organizations to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and handoff friction.
- Design and implement scalable future-state workflows, approval chains, and governance models to increase speed-to-market and operational quality.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of streamlined processes and cross-company operating models.
- Lead the assessment, enhancement, and tailored configuration of Adobe Workfront to support joint co-brand program execution.
- Translate complex cross-company marketing operations and campaign workflows into standardized Workfront templates, custom forms, and automated routing rules.
- Establish best-practice governance within Workfront to maintain data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and accountability across both organizational teams.
- Oversee program planning and delivery across multi-party initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and dependency tracking.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks and cross-organizational blockers before they impact campaign timelines.
- Provide executive-level visibility into program health, process improvements, and operational KPIs.
qualifications:
Experience: 5-7+ years in program management, business transformation, marketing operations, or management consulting.
Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Adobe Workfront (Required).
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in cobranded card programs, issuing banks, loyalty programs, customer engagement, or multi-partner marketing operations is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Proven ability to lead multi-organization initiatives and manage complex partner ecosystems.
Expertise in operating model design, business process re-engineering (BPR), and workshop facilitation.
Exceptional executive communication, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
