Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technical teams
• Develop project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Support process improvements and project governance activities

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience
• PMP, CSM, or related certification
