Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the engineering and administration of enterprise messaging, collaboration, and productivity services.
• Configure and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Palo Alto Cortex.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and optimization of digital workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated platform issues and support L1 L2 teams with technical guidance.
• Participate in change management activities, including migrations, upgrades, and rollout of new capabilities.
• Review service performance reports, usage metrics, and error trends to help improve operations.
• Support compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements in partnership with IAM and ISO.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base content.
• Serve as a technical contributor for Messaging, Collaboration, and Productivity services, supporting the target operating model.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives led or supported by the Digital Workplace Services organization.
• Support engineering and administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange infrastructure, and related services.
• Assist with deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams Premium, Advanced Townhall, Teams SMS texting, Copilot, and Viva platform.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-7 8+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering/administration with hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Strong Microsoft 365 tenant administration experience, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, tenant separation, migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Messaging & Collaboration expertise with deep knowledge of Exchange, DNS, SMTP, email routing, mail relay, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Enterprise integrations & security experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Palo Alto Cortex, plus understanding of IAM, Intune, and security/compliance.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Teams Premium, Rooms Pro, Copilot, Viva, Advanced Townhall, along with troubleshooting, automation, and enterprise deployments.
• Minimum 7 8 years of experience in enterprise messaging, collaboration, and productivity engineering, administration, or support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platform administration and engineering including Exchange Online, Teams (chat, meetings, and voice), SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Previous experience supporting or participating in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, migration to another tenant, and/or tenant separation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience supporting unified communications and productivity solutions across enterprise environments.
• Ability to contribute to cross-functional projects and enterprise-scale technology deployments.
• Working knowledge of messaging infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Good understanding of DNS, SMTP, email routing, email tracking, and mail relay configurations.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with networking technologies including firewalls, proxies, routers/switches, VPN, network protocols, and telephony integration.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and support procedures.
• Understanding security and compliance requirements and ability to partner with IAM and ISO teams.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint or identity-related Microsoft solutions is preferred.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams capabilities such as Enterprise Voice, Shared Devices, Rooms Pro, Premium, or Advanced Townhall is preferred.
• Strong curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
