Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a strategic engagement. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and a strong understanding of Salesforce AI and Agentforce capabilities. This role requires a technical leader who can define scalable solution architectures, guide development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Architect and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Salesforce AI and Agentforce.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices across Salesforce development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review solution designs, code quality, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor developers and support solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce architecture expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform and enterprise solution design.
• Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce AI and Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
