Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Project Manager to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiative at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale, complex enterprise programs involving multiple technology platforms, engineering and product teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

This position is responsible for end-to-end program management, delivery, governance, execution, and executive communication across multiple workstreams.

Important: This is not a Scrum Team Technical Program Manager (TPM) role. The selected candidate will manage the overall program, establish governance structures, track multiple workstreams and dependencies, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of a large-scale enterprise program involving multiple teams and workstreams.
• Establish and maintain PMO structures, governance frameworks, reporting processes, and operating models.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Technology, Finance, Business, Risk, and Compliance.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Drive program execution and ensure deliverables remain aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Establish effective communication and governance mechanisms across all program stakeholders.
• Prepare and present biweekly and monthly executive leadership reports and presentations.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, achievements, and required decisions to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment while ensuring consistent delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience managing programs end-to-end across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong experience establishing PMO/program structures, governance, reporting frameworks, and operating models.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology modernization programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, Technology, Business, Risk, and Compliance leaders.
• Proven experience developing and managing program roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Experience preparing biweekly/monthly executive-level reports and presentations.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Strong experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives in a large enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Finance, or related industries.
• Knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and regulatory processes and requirements.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, platforms, or tools.
• Experience managing Finance portfolios or finance-related programs.
• Experience managing regulatory and compliance programs.
• Previous experience working with  large enterprise organizations.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar project/program management certification is a plus
