Job Description

Our University client is seeking a Revenue Programs Manager to oversee supplier partnerships, rebate and incentive programs, financial administration, and revenue-generating initiatives. This role combines financial analysis, vendor relationship management, and program leadership to ensure contractual compliance and maximize supplier performance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier rebates, incentives, patronage, and revenue programs
  • Oversee vendor relationships and revenue-generating partnerships
  • Perform financial reconciliations, reporting, and revenue analysis
  • Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and program KPIs
  • Manage the P-Card Program and support future procurement planning
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting to track revenue and supplier performance
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, financial analysis, procurement, supplier management, or contract administration
  • Experience managing rebate, incentive, or revenue programs
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and financial reconciliation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Advanced Excel required; ERP and visualization dashboard experience preferred
