Position - AI Engineer

Location - Alpharetta, GA

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Applied AI Engineers to join an enterprise design systems and engineering team focused on building AI-powered developer tools, agentic workflows and advanced software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop and maintain AI-powered applications, agent skills and automated development workflows.

·         Build pipelines that transform design documentation into reusable AI agent skills that can be published and distributed to development teams.

·         Develop integrations between content management systems, internal applications and AI-powered development tools.

·         Implement webhooks, automation scripts and publishing workflows to keep AI agent skills synchronized with current documentation.

·         Develop full-stack applications and internal tools that help designers, developers and product teams build applications more efficiently.

·         Contribute to AI-powered developer tooling, including custom VS Code extensions and web-based editing applications.

·         Integrate AI capabilities with a custom web component library and enterprise design system.

·         Evaluate existing architecture, identify technical gaps and recommend improvements.

·         Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, product managers and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.

·         Contribute to existing projects while independently designing and implementing new capabilities.

Required Qualifications

·         Strong software engineering background with experience designing and developing complex applications.

·         Advanced hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

·         Strong understanding of web standards, browser technologies, HTML, CSS and web components.

·         Experience developing full-stack applications, APIs, integrations and internal developer tools.

·         Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agentic workflows or reusable AI agent skills.

·         Understanding of AI infrastructure and how agentic workflows integrate into software development processes.

·         Experience developing automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines and automated publishing workflows.

·         Experience working with APIs, webhooks and integrations across multiple systems.

·         Ability to understand existing application architecture and independently recommend technical solutions.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional engineering environments.
