Required Experience & Skills
Core Experience
5+ years of experience as a GenAI / AI / ML Engineer delivering production systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry & AIP, including:
AIP Logic and LLM integration
Ontology design, Pipelines & transforms
Workshop / application development
RAG / agent-based workflows
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark.
Experience operationalizing LLMs and GenAI workflows (prompt design, orchestration, grounding).
Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
Experience with big data technologies (Apache Spark; Kafka optional).
Familiarity with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Redshift) for data and AI workloads.
Experience with API integrations and enterprise data platforms.
Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) for AI systems.
Background in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector).
Palantir certifications (Foundry Data Engineer, AIP or Foundry Solution Architect).
