Regional People Leader

SSP is seeking a Regional People Leader to drive people operations for our wireless and public-safety communications projects across the region. In this role, you'll partner with leadership to align talent strategies with business needs, overseeing workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for field and office teams. You'll champion SSP's safety-first, team-oriented culture, support managers with employee relations and coaching, and coordinate training and development. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, support critical network deployments, and help grow a high-performing regional workforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to align people strategies with business goals in telecommunications projects
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding for field and office roles
• Support managers with performance management, coaching, and employee relations
• Drive safety-first, team-oriented culture and engagement initiatives across the region
• Coordinate training, compliance, and career development programs
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and project teams on staffing for network deployments
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention and performance
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and safety standards
