We are delighted to represent a growing AIFM in their search for a part time Risk Manager (30%) . The role will involve running investment compliance and ensuring adherence to the current regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities include: Maintain and update policies and procedures. Conduct regulatory watch and monitor relevant regulatory developments. Measure investment and operational risks for the AIFs under management. Prepare and provide reporting to the Compliance Officer Committee, the AIFM Board and the GP Boards. Perform investment compliance monitoring, both on a transaction basis and on an ongoing basis. Act as a liaison with the CSSF on various regulatory matters. Coordinate with internal and external auditors on all risk-related topics, with potential extension to broader AIFM communications.

Profil recherché

University degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. At least 7 years of experience within a Risk Management function in Luxembourg. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks applicable to AIFMs. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other European languages would be considered an advantage. Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivery and results.
