Their engineering teams build and maintain business critical systems that process enormous volumes of data and transactions daily, and they take the quality of that engineering seriously. This particular role sits within a brand new team building a next generation platform in direct partnership with Amazon Web Services. You would be working alongside AWS engineers, learning from some of the best technical minds in the industry, on a greenfield build at global scale. Key Responsibilities Contribute to solution design and development with a focus on back end services and APIs in .NET C# within a cloud based distributed architecture Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CDK with Python to automate deployment and resource management Ensure high quality code through unit testing, automated testing and adherence to best practices Communicate architecture principles and design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders Collaborate with cross functional teams including BAs, QA and PMs to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements Support Agile delivery by engaging in planning, estimation and prioritisation activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimise business impact Contribute to the modernisation and simplification of the technology landscape Maintain clear documentation of code, processes and system configurations Demonstrate T shaped skills, contributing across development areas and supporting team members in building their own breadth of expertise What You'll Need Essential: Professional experience with C# and .NET 8 or above Experience working on back end services and APIs Ability to work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify requirements and constructively challenge assumptions Experience in technical platform teams delivering reusable services across multiple projects Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and CSS tooling such as Tailwind Strong understanding of version control using Git Nice to Have: Experience with AWS CDK or other infrastructure as code tooling Contribution to open source projects Exposure to cloud native or distributed systems architecture Why Apply?
