Powder Bagger

Production Operator - Starting Wage: $19.50/hour | Night Shift, 6pm-6am, every other weekend
ABR is hiring a dependable Production Operator to join a Central Wisconsin manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely operating bagging equipment and packaging powder into 44-lb. bags while maintaining quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor powder bagging, weighing, sealing, and conveyor equipment
• Fill, seal, label, and stack 44-lb. bags onto pallets
• Verify weights, product codes, labels, and lot numbers for accuracy
• Monitor equipment and report quality or mechanical issues
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping
• Complete production, quality, and traceability paperwork
• Follow GMPs, food safety, PPE, and safety procedures
• Assist with equipment changeovers and other production duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle 44-lb. bags
• Comfortable working around production equipment and in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating days/nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Previous food manufacturing, dairy, packaging, or equipment experience is a plus
• Forklift/pallet jack and food safety experience are helpful

Work Environment: Manufacturing environment with exposure to powder/dust, production equipment noise, and varying temperatures. PPE is required.
