Application Consultant - Hartford, CT - Contract - $21-31 Per HR

We are seeking an Application Consultant for a remote position with occasional travel to the Hartford, CT area. This contract role involves configuring and customizing applications, implementing business requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuration and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize applications using relevant technologies.
• Implement policy lifecycle components including submissions, renewals, and cancellations.
• Develop and enhance user interface screens, validation rules, and workflows.
• Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in application configuration and customization.
• Experience with policy administration processes.
• Proficient in programming and configuration files.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and web services.
• Experience with SQL basics.
