Instructional Designer II / Senior Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer II (Senior Learning Specialist) to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions that improve employee performance and support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has expertise in instructional design methodologies, eLearning development, facilitation, learning technologies, and project management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models, including ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning.
• Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and generating reports.
• Proven experience conducting training needs analyses and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and classroom environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or coaching trainers or instructional designers.
• Experience developing blended learning and microlearning solutions.
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
• Experience with SCORM and xAPI.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
