Job Description

MUST Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond).

Summary:
The Trainer and Instructional Designer is responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing and developing training materials, and delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability across the program. This role combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills to improve performance and support strategic objectives.

Must have requirements:
Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments.
Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred requirements:
Master s degree in a learning-related field.
Experience with LMS administration or learning data analytics.
Exposure to Agile development or human centered design.
Industry specific training experience (IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, operations, etc.).
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)..
5 years of related experience.
