Facets Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and support TriZetto Facets integrations, interfaces, batch processes, and workflows.

·         Build inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL.

·         Work with healthcare EDI transactions including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, and 276/277.

·         Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.

·         Support Facets modules including Membership, Claims, Benefits, Provider, Billing, and Authorization.

·         Perform integration testing, SIT/UAT support, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

·         Monitor interfaces and batch jobs; perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, BAs, Facets SMEs, and vendors.

·         Support healthcare payer lines of business including Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Commercial.

Must Have Skills:

·         5+ years of hands-on TriZetto Facets experience

·         5+ years of Facets Integration Development

·         5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience

·         Strong SQL / Oracle / SQL Server experience

·         REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML

·         Healthcare EDI transactions (834, 835, 837)

·         ETL and healthcare data integration

·         Production support and Root Cause Analysis

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
