We’re seeking a future team member for the role of operational readiness within our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Lead Operational Readiness assessments to evaluate business impacts, identify risks, and ensure people, processes, technology, controls, and documentation are prepared for change.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Control, Regulatory, Testing, and Project teams to coordinate readiness activities and drive successful change implementation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by communicating change impacts, implementation timelines, risks, and readiness status throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and deliver training, create user guides, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure operational teams are prepared for new processes and system enhancements.
• Review, validate, and support updates to operational documentation, SOPs, RCSAs, and control frameworks to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and execute communication plans, providing timely stakeholder updates before, during, and after implementation activities.
• Support go-live planning and execution, including readiness reviews, stakeholder sign-offs, post-implementation support, and health checks.
• Monitor, track, and report on readiness activities, project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements.
• Escalate operational risks, implementation issues, and control concerns appropriately to ensure effective resolution and minimise business impact.
• Utilise project and collaboration tools including Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel trackers, and workflow systems to support delivery and operational readiness activities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Several years of total work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred.

• Knowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/ lean agile or standard SDLC).

• Experience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.
