Mid-Level Human Resources Business Partner - Transportation & Fleet Operations

Avis Budget Group seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Transportation & Warehousing operations. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with fleet and rental operations, advising on employee relations, performance, and organizational design. You will drive workforce planning, talent and leadership development, change initiatives, and DEI efforts while ensuring compliance and safety. Using HR data and insights, you'll help build a high-performing, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced, global mobility environment.
