Technology Compliance Consultant

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technology Compliance Consultant for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role.
This is a Compliance Product Consultant role for the Technology GRC (TechGRC) group. The role is for our Lehi (UT) location. The candidate will be responsible for the continuous auditing and monitoring requirements supporting the compliance function.
Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision and guidance of the TechGRC manager and drive technology compliance activities including external audit and service readiness.
• Draft compliance reports to summarize the compliance objectives, key findings, and work with teams to remediate key findings
• Identify internal controls issues, ensure they are well-defined and root causes are identified
• Collaborate and co-ordinate activities with the TechGRC team based across multiple geo-locations.

Required Skills:

• Security-related experience in cloud environments is a plus.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or security compliance field
• Hand on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments
• Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC2, PCI, ISO27001, HITRSUT, HIPAA etc.)
• Knowledge of Core IT processes / services such as SDLC, Identity/User Access management, Backup and DR processes will be useful
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is a team-player and possesses strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to communicate with both business and IT technical staff including IT and Business management.
• GRC Engineering experience of developing automated control testing solutions.
• Bachelors / master's Degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
