Job Overview:

Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Proficiency in using tosca (tricentis) for test automation and management.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test design, and test execution processes.
• Experience in leading testing teams and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management using tosca.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the testing team on tosca tool functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth testing processes.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts using tosca for efficient test execution.
• Stay updated on tosca tool enhancements and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.
• Prepare test reports, track testing progress, and communicate status to project stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• TOSCA Certification would be a plus.
