Business Analyst-Supervisory - Mississauga, ON - Contract - $65-75 Per HR

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a Model Risk Management team in Mississauga, ON, on a hybrid contract basis. The role involves bridging business stakeholders and technology teams to develop a robust, scalable platform. Strong analytical skills and experience with risk management principles are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements.
• Decompose high-level Epics into actionable user stories.
• Document and improve current and future state workflows.
• Partner with QA to develop test cases and validate solutions.
• Communicate effectively between stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and project status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in risk management or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of model risk management principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with large-scale data migration projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies with ability to write effective user stories.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
