Business Analyst

Leidos seeks a Business Analyst to support mission-critical IT and software projects in national security, health, and engineering. Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and project teams to design solutions
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance of new systems
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights to inform decisions
• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and prioritization
• Ensure solutions align with mission, security, and compliance needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing efforts
