Job Description

Role : Oracle HCM Cloud consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA- Onsite

Duration: Contract role

Additional Information

Knowledge of LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture is beneficial.

Experience with Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services would enhance the candidates profile.

Familiarity with HR analytics and predictive workforce planning is a plus.

Exposure to various industry environments like Healthcare or Financial Services is advantageous.

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.

Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is essential, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.

Experience with AI technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants is crucial.

Proficiency in technical skills such as Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP APIs is required.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary for this role.

Strong communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows.

Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning.

Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.

Role Descriptions:

Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with other applications like Workday and Salesforce is a plus.
